It is crazy..just pure stupidity. There is at least one really good coach that wants this job..and Phil is going to hire the absolute crappiest candidate. It is just beyond comprehension for me. 🤤 How can anybody be that stupid? A Steele hire means whoever is really in charge now is just as bad as the Haslams. 🤢 They are traitors....IF it's Steele.

But I’ve been pretty skeptical of the idea that our administration’s ineptitude didn’t/doesn’t extend beyond Currie and the Haslam’s.


I’m happy we got Fulmer in place. If he brings in someone like Steele who doesn’t seem to bring much hope, then I’ll keep a little part of my heart tucked away hoping that Fulmer ends up being the Barry Alvarez of the SEC and has a kind of sixth sense about what kind of coach can have success here.



But I won’t be holding my breath. At this point, our AD has to earn back trust with results.

If any AD in the country had coached a HOF QB, they’d be in NY today also. If anything, with smartphones, FaceTime, Skype, etc. an AD is more capable of conducting a coaching search from NY than ever before.

That’s been my hunch (hope) for the past few days. He told chad the job is his and he’s trying to get a jump start on a DC. Look at the other 4 interviews. Pruitt, tucker, Steele, venables. (Dk if any would jump as DC but still interesting)
