If Currie has his coach, why is it reported that Chip Kelly turned down the Vols?

It just turns my stomach when it's announced that a coach has turned down UT......It undermines Tennessee, doesn't it?:popcorn:

Today was just the first day of the redirection. BCarter all of a sudden has a source and it’s Scott Frost to the rescue. Yesterday was all about Mullen and I suspect tomorrow will be back on Mullen as well. We’re close to the end either way.

That was a lie, initiated undoubtedly by Kelly's agent (via one or two of our own local journalists).

Both girls are in Vandy undergrad (I know, I know...I really know!), so getting one of them into Orange and White is a really big win for me in the household. Heh.

I went to UT for med school and residency. Best real life education I could have hope for. Granted that was before work hour restrictions. But at my first job, most people had no idea I was fresh out of training. People who went to some other med schools were not quite as ready from day one in real work force, as they just did not get to do as much hands on. I had excellent education and training for a fraction of student loan accumulation you get at some other schools too. Have never regretted my decision. I know you are proud! My parents still are too.

Maybe I'm crazy for thinking this but maybe Currie and Gruden had a discussion about JJ and Currie gave the go ahead to Hoke.

also agreed, and why Currie needs to make some kind of statement, announcement, or something, before s*** gets any worse, this isn't pretty and not the kind of press the recruits and fans need to be hearing, yes, it's bad, that's why the AD needs to stand up and do the job now, rather than letting this continue

1.) Shouldn't have saved the video
2.) Voice your displeasure in a reasonable manner
3.) Don't use 24 Mf's and N bombs..

Do those 3 things and you're still on the team...
