Think I'm gonna go back into lurk mode until we hear some good news on Gruden or a tier 1 coach.

Quite frankly the Mullen talk is really starting to depress me and I just don't wanna talk about it. :bad: :sad:

Crazy awesome what they are doing with robotics right now. In the distant future I really could see some Transformers type **** where a tank turns into a robot and just obliterates the battlefield.

I've given up with Hank and others on Mullen... I never want to be spiteful about my alma mater, but if we hire him, folks will see unfortunately soon enough. The entire point of firing Butch was that we are tired of average and want to get back to elite. Statements like I would love to be 8-3 are simply weak and what MSU fans say. We are not MSU... we are UT and expect to be elite again at some point and he won't get us there.

What about Richt? Stoops? Fuente? Why aren't their names being mentioned?

Sure, they may have an issue/concern or two attached to them. But I'd rather roll with one of them than a Norvell or Brohm

15 minutes before kickoff: Jumbotron turns off and Gruden's face pops up on the screen.... Gruden then walks out to the 50 yard line yells go vols and officially accepts the job... Fans go crazy... Team feeds off the fans... beat LSU by 21

I don't post of 24/7 or VQ so I have no idea what their insiders' credibility is based on. Their info always seems to be vague or inaccurate.

People act like they are great sources, but people also act like Boro and DTO are insiders here so.....



"They are in talks" "There are some obstacles to overcome" "It's looking good" "Tomorrow is important" "The deal is not done, but a verbal agreement has been made"


What is the point of even posting anything lol

Richt isn’t going anywhere. Stoops is a pipe dream. Fuente- I’m not sure.

So basically LWS has multiple sources telling him we got Gruden but he just doesn’t believe it will happen.

Hubbs has multiple people telling him both that we got him and we didn’t and doesn’t know what to believe.

Hyams is 0% but doesn’t even think the Tampa trip happened and were talking to Gruden. (DUMB!!)

AV is silent as he said he would be as respect for the process.

ChattaVol or w/e on VQ says look out for Misinformation.

And now we have low level twitter personalities saying it’s over along with so far only JAV.

And all of this is enough for 50% to 75% of Volnation to jump off the gruden train and freak out?

Haha, yeah ok. It’s Gruden til it isn’t. 🔜

The part that is scary about this is that if he did do this like in a movie, I bet everyone on here that our team plays lights out a beats or scares the ever-living 'ish out of LSU...

Richt is at his alma mater and in the NC hunt. People in that position don't leave for another program.

Stoops left a national championship caliber team because he wants to be done with coaching, so he's not going to return to coaching 1 year later to a program in a much worse position.

Fuente would be good, and a lot of people on here are talking him up. I'd be happy with him. He's no better than Mullen though, imo

Joking. Just reading tea leaves and some info that we have that we know we can take as fact (like LWS saying Gruden said no twice). Also, we still have no public denial from TN or Gruden’s camp, nor Hubbs (the mouthpiece for TN AD) saying it’s not happening.
