I got all those things too. Priorities, man!

We play at night after the kids go to bed and on the weekends. Video games have always been our “thing” we do as a couple.

I taught myself how to play COD to bond with my step kids. Gaming was something we would do as a family. My husband and I still play:rock:

When you hit rock bottom (and we're almost there if not already there), everything and everyone comes together for the common cause. I'm not buying this narrative on all of the infighting. Just doesn't add up at all.

2 sides. Bama style Booster and powerful coach side & UT as we know it side.

There are several things that should be stickied for those reading the Gruden threads: Anyone know how to do this?

  • How to post a GIF
  • Which Haslam is which
  • Why Gruden would be a good coach for UT
  • How to properly quote someone.
  • Who are the insiders

What else?

Multi quote instructions

With an SEC official on the sideline it (playing a player after failing concussion protocol) is taken out of the coach's hands.

I think people are looking for anything to use against Butch.

The bigger problem is that the more Butch's image is tarnished, his marketability for another coaching job goes down, and in the end costs Tennessee money.

Butch is gone after this season regardless...

Currie wants HIS man.
Wants to keep control of athletics and money.
Currie isn't working alone.

This is all about money and the control of it. (Power)

Saban has complete control of the football program at Bama...

Gruden will have it at UT.

This sound like you may know something for sure..?

That part is untrue..... when Gruden was in town there was absolutely a meeting between Currie and Gruden that took place 100% verified.. by Springbok ......

No one of course know for sure what the discussion was or what about

I think they were both talking about whether they should go to that "business meeting" at Albert Haynesworth's house they were invited to. They were trying to decide if they were "keeping their options open"

The segment currently airing on Mike and Mike/ESPN2 is very interesting. It involves the Cleveland Browns baffling buffoon move earlier this week in screwing up their trade with the Cincinnati Bengals to get AJ McCarron in exchange for draft picks. Adam Shefter is explaining that coach Hue Jackson wanted McCarron badly, and was of the mindset that the trade was done. However, as the trade deadline approached at 4pm, someone in the Browns front office messed with the Browns official notification to the NFL office and therefore the communication approving said trade was not received by the league in time. Hmmmmm...organizational dysfunction, wow, and who runs the Browns??? Sound familiar?

This. As a nurse, the thing that bothers me about is the vomiting in the last secs of the game. Vomiting is a late sign of a concussion. He would have been displaying noticeable signs beforehand.

nausea/vomiting may happen at any time

Here is some simple to understand info if any one is interested and if you have kids playing any sport you should learn.

Concussion: Symptoms, Diagnosis, and Treatments

If Currie is against Gruden then he will get freight trained by a cash cow --- well by a no cash, cash cow.

But I thought I read somewhere in one our many Gruden threads that Currie was all about Gruden (from an "insider")?????

Early on, it was stated that one of the motivations of firing Fulmer was that Currie convinced Hamilton that we could get Gruden then. Then Hamilton developed a man crush on Kiffin and went the other way.

I can say that someone very close to the program said that Currie is very methodical and thinks every scenario through before pulling the trigger and they they respect him.

As much as that is a concern, the fly in the ointment that hired Currie in the first place is what makes me fear that this will be the same song and dance as 2012.

I am holding out hope that the people who put this together have their ducks in a row this time.

I feel like MIT and Beav and others have been on here to calm our fears.
It has been mentioned that a lot of intelligent people have been working on this for a long time.
One of the posters stated something along the lines of "these people do not lose."

Oh, I'm holding out hope for sure. That's why I hang out in this thread. :)

The title of the article says it all- we are willing to pay massively for our stadium but admin thinks the team can be lead by a robot and get great results- wrong!

yeah, it doesn't matter how nice the stadium and facilities are if the coaching stinks, and the product on the field reflects that!

The legal standard for negligence does not automatically allow Butch to hide behind a lack of actual knowledge. As the head coach, should he have known that something was wrong? And was the team policy designed to shift responsibility onto players to essentially self-diagnose and self-report? While the coaches emphasize an "unspoken" rule of NOT self-reporting?

I think Butch has put the University into a very very dangerous position if the answers are in the affirmative.

There would be several reasons why an AD would be against hiring a monumentally expensive, ego driven, power seeking coach, that is foisted on you without say. They are mostly selfish but they would be real.

Currie wasn't THE AD then.
He had nothing to lose in that deal.

That's why I think this concussion will not be pinned on Jones. All he has left to promote are character items.

I don't care how great the stadium and facilities look, if the coaching stinks, and the product on the field reflects that!

edit: sorry for double post ... don't know what happened.
