I'm 10 hrs late reading these posts but had to comment, Thank You for saying that, he is so tiring!!

Easy Mr 607 posts.... What some see as negative, I see as just tired of sunshine pumping and being realistic.... In year 4. I was on the Butch train the first couple of years...now, with the poor game planning, no adjustments during games, questionable hiring at times, questionable choice of starters at times, robotic coach speak and him against the press and world attitude, not taking ownership of screwups and losses until pushed to do so, poor development of several players at several position groups, recruiting going down when it should be trending up (see this year's 3* studded class as evidence he simply has nothing left to sell or cliche to say), the program is not moving in the right direction it should be or could be by now. He has definitely cleaned up the program and gotten it back to winning seasons, but he has not shown me he is the answer to us getting back to SEC Championships or playoff berths, which is evident in this past season, never mind seemingly wasting the talent of a potential first round NFL RB for two years to keep catering to the other RB who eventually quit. When was the last time Butch did something positive for the program that made everyone go "WOW", other than maybe hiring Shoop or Warren? Don't say Hoke, because there's a reason he got fired at Michigan and was hanging out as an assistant in Oregon. Many folks will spin whatever he does or whoever he hires into a positive light and that is perfectly fine, you don't see me bashing them, but I for one want the program back to where it can be and has been, and at this point, he has not shown me he is the guy to get us there.
Trending up--- GA, FL, SC, even KY a little and maybe Vandy (they sure as hell owned us)
Trending down or staying the same-- TN, Mizz,

Butch has his guy already. FootballsScoop guy inboxed me. Said we should know something soon. My guess is the Joker. Happened to fast for it to be Craig, Gattis, etc IMO

Doubt it's Joker with the way he left Florida. Butch ain't bringing the NCAA here.

I realize this has been out there but didn't know if this had been posted:

The NCAA is coming hard for Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze

This is what happens when you cheat and beat Saban two straight years.

I don't like Freeze because of the way he has tried to wrap himself in Christian righteousness, while cheating like a like a third rate riverboat gambler...but the absolute hypocrisy of the Bama loving NCAA sickens me worse...

Hubbs at VQ dropped the name of the Kansas State WR coach really quickly yesterday and I've not heard anyone else mention him. It could be him and VQ already have the story (with typos included) ready to go.

Saw that reference on here yesterday. This whole thing has the Bajakian feel to it. Guy wasn't on board and Butch helped him get out...and had his replacement pegged.

If true, Butch has made homerun hires this offseason for the recruiting trail. Hopefully, they can all develop talent, too. Let us go!

Isn't that the concern? We all know he can recruit. Did he develop anyone at Auburn? At LSU?

Plus, the word about a week ago was that Craig is looking for a coordinator role, which is why he passed on Oregon's approach.

It's gonna be Dameuyne Craig... WOW

But that would be damned awesome if true.

Maybe we should turn in the Tee Higgins evidence to Saban instead of the NCAA. I'm sure since he lost to Clemson, he wants to take them down now.

Duke Williams and Sammie Coates seem to me to be the only receivers who produced at a high level in college under his tutelage. He did recruit Jameis to Florida state. Maybe Butch hires Craig makes him QB coach and moves Canales to WR coach. :)

Dupri?

Did he develop any of them? Maybe Coates. Duke wasn't exactly developed. The list of guys he has recruited is great. But, as a WR coach, who has he developed? The talent he had at LSU was very good, and they didn't exactly wow anyone.

Maybe Butch knows that he can help develop the WRs if needed, but knows he needs some elite recruiters more than anything...enter Craig. Plus, it's a little late to be holding out for a coordinator job.

LSU's QB situation didn't wow anyone either.

Hasn't LSU suffered from qb, not receiver, issues?

Edit.
I've been OG'ed
