As for Jalen Hurd, I've never been a big fan of the kid at all and am not surprised in the least by what has transpired. And no, I've never been a part of any "posse" of players, that's a ridiculous assumption.

I apologize for whomever's jimmies got in a rustle over me agreeing with De1. I wasn't speaking specifically on Hurd's concussion, more to some tidbits ive heard about an alarming amount of concussions in practice over the course of his tenure.

Everyone's entitled to an opinion even if it is unpopular but I can tell you there are many even within the program who have become disenchanted w/ CBJ with how the season has unfurled. Yes much of that is due to bad luck but it's pretty obvious his stubbornness isn't doing much to help.

I might of jumped to emotional conclusions regarding "fahr butch", because I genuinely do think he can turn it around. But we as a fanbase deserve some accountability and honestly it's frustrating hearing the same coach speak as nauseam. Injuries & drama aside, you don't lose to USCe with two weeks prep.

As for VN, I really love this site and Freak and co. have done a great job with it. I'll keep reading but probably won't be doing much posting in the future. Even though this season hasn't turned out like we wanted, it sure is great to be a Vol.

As to the bolded part - that paragraph pretty well sums it up for much of the fan base. It is time for material changes in the "process" since our "resiliency" is waning rapidly.

FWIW all losing to USCe proved was Will Muschamp is a better coach than Butch. He doesn't lose to him no matter the talent disparity.

One thing I like about Warrior is that he's a secure tackler. I don't know why our guys act like tackling is so hard. They hardly ever wrap up on initial contact. They also do a lot of reaching.

I believe he was our best safety before he got hurt and he also made a few TD saving tackles

Vol74 is in the Hurd run off by players thread making cryptic comments about essentially the staff and Jones lying about this situation and it all coming out eventually and being a big headache for Jones. Who knows but fun if you want to go read it

Vol74 is definately on a tear in the FF. saying Butch will be in trouble when the truth comes out. My gosh, I hope he is not right because as mad as many of us are at Butch right now, we don't need another scandal here. Wishing Hurd had never set foot on this campus. I don't care how many yards he has or what he has done.

Too bad that he's went from hero, beloved VFL to such a scar in 30 days.
