I'm already nervous about the UF game this year. It puts my stomach into knots every season, but this year? Oof. Unless the offensive line doesn't improve at all, there is just no reason they should win in 2015 (other than the fact that they own us, of course).
I can't even imagine the disappointment if we roll into Gainesville with such a loaded team and lose to a patchwork UF squad with a first-year head coach.
My hope is that Kentucky knocks them off in Lexington the week before and they're still shell shocked by the time we play them.
Nowhere near as bad as what Jones walked into.
Well the whole Saban and Kiffin thing was .03

McElwain is going to have a rebuild on his hands as daunting as Jones, perhaps even worse.
Which means if Butch doesn't put a beat down on the Gators for the foreseeable future he's not cut out for the SEC.
My better judgment right now tells me to put the 2015 Florida game in the toss-up bucket, with a Vols lean. But I'm starting to think we will go down there and totally smoke them. Streaks like they have against us often don't end in a close games. They end in blowouts. I'm starting to think it's finally our time. Can't wait for the fall!
-BriceNothing has changed in terms of Mike DeBord being the Vols' frontrunner. DeBord spent the entire weekend on Rocky Top and logged extensive time with players and staff, most notably returning starting quarterback Joshua Dobbs. DeBord also is mulling an NFL offer, which multiple sources told us is with the Atlanta Falcons and could unfold by midweek.
I think the fact that it is in Gainesville works in our favor.
The last two times we were "supposed" to beat UF was at home and our players choked.
They won't have that kind of pressure in the Swamp.
