The president is not just "one person". He is the most powerful person in the world. We don't really need to worry too much about a liberal arts professor in Washington or even a state senator in Massachusetts. We do need to worry about the most powerful man in the world. How do you not get the difference between the two?

The job market was already improving. Stock markets assuming corporate tax gifts from their GOP puppets. Trump, himself, gets credit only for reducing general regulatory environment, which has short term economic benefit, but is a small part of current improvement.

The problem is that the tax proposals do very little in real terms for the middle class. It adds to the debt. The trickle down theory has been disproved. This money will NOT lead to more factories and jobs, other than superficial perfunctory political theater.

He was released from jail last year for smoking pot for his PTSD because of the failed drug war at home. Let him smoke pot at home and he might not have made a wrong turn into Mexico.

Trump's contribution to the economy is that business is no longer afraid. Don't have to be afraid and cautious anymore because at the very least he's not going to sign anti growth legislation.

It's not about being happy. He did something nice and then he politicized it and did something that seems beneath an adult, especially one holding the office of the presidency.

Once he politicized it, it's fair game no matter how much you wanna cry about it.
