Looks like the team that played the first game of the series rather than the second one. No chance to hit the ball for some of the girls.

Well....we actually beat Bama in..... something. Even though we lost the last game...we took 2 of 3...and that's at least winning the series. Just nice to beat them in something.

We sure did and every one of us would have took a series win of 2-1 before we left Kvegas. Just hope that Matty is ok for the weekend, but her leg is sore today. Leach who has been our best player as a sparkplug all year missing the first game of her career must mean she is ailing badly. We need to take the series the next two weekends and a sweep of one would be great. JMHO:matrix:

We can't forget that baseball beat them 3 of 3 this season so overall 5 and 1 vs Bama in the American pastime sports.

I think we need 5 and 1 finish and definitely 4 and 2. Then we need to advance in the SEC tourney. I didn't understand why Holcomb didn't play as she appeared late in the game could've led off. Hopefully Leach is ok she looked ok in the dugout so maybe it was something minor that she needed to take off a game.

Ralph thinks all players who come to UT should get to play. He tinkered with the lineup last night and played the bench. He plugged in 3 of 4 freshmen and all four seniors. He pulled Leach several games ago to give Langston experience at 2nd, then started her last night. Not sure why he didn't go ahead and pitch Sprang. He played everybody else, and we could have to pitch Sprang down the stretch.

UK has taken games from UGA, aTm and Bama and they need to take a game or two from the LVs to lock in the last spot in the SECT. Sweeping them isn't a gimme at all.

Hopefully we can hang on to fourth. A&M has Auburn and Bama. LSU has eight losses but schedule is extremely tough for them. We need a sweep while A&M and Auburn both win a game would give us at least a one to two game lead for fourth going into the Miss St series.
