20 oh lunge 35lbs
15 DB ground to overhead 25lb dbs
10 burpees
5 x 100m row sprints
10 burpees
15 DB ground to overhead

This was Thursday. 5x5 squats and 5x3 push press before. With tabata ab mat sit-up warm up.

Ah, ok. 10 min is pretty damn fast. I might could do 100 squats in 10 min. lulz

Anything from squat to overhead is hard for me. Guess I'm just getting old and falling apart.

I'm 5'11 and 140lbs. I'll take every ounce of muscle I can get. I think an athletic,fit look is so much better than an "I spend 4 hours on the treadmill so I can eat crap" look. Not that I gaf about others opinions anyways.

I was doing about 90% paleo until my gf moved about a month ago. Now i'm off it. I'm not much of a cook.
