but i could have easily won the case with his police walk thru
So, to be clear:
The video you site states it was released by the defense.
The people (police) conducting the interview shown don't even see enough evidence to make an actual arrest in the first place.
The video has all along been available to the prosecution.
BUT you, through what we can only assume to be a legal mind of such prowess that Atticus Finch and Perry Mason would abuse themselves to your photo every night, could have "easily won the case".
If you're trolling that's cool. If not, just for a reference, your case so far is considerably weaker than the actual prosecution has managed...and that's not a high bar.
All women have AT LEAST 2 personalities so maybe that's why.
The last defense witness before Zimmerman's father was a woman who had been burglarized in her home with her infant child in her arms. She was so afraid to live in that community that she moved. It may be that the female jurists appreciate the fact that someone was watching over those who still lived there the night of the shooting. Given the facts of the case which show that Martin brutally assaulted Zimmerman for just watching out for his neighbors, they might understand the case as self defense.
the murder happened 100s of feet from any street.
who says no?
$100 paypal to anyone
mods moderate!
I didn't take advantage of this so it only goes to those that did.
1) 100s indicates a minimum of 200' (100 x plural)
2) Go back and look at the video you cite at the 9:54 mark and tell me what you see from the point they are standing, which is where Martin's described attack took place. See the street?
3)Go to Google Earth and use the measuring tool. It's 130' tops (and that's being very generous, more like 120') to the street.
:hi:
