Zimmerman Trial

TM should have said whats up? Talk to him and ask why he's following him. Not just jump him. I can't tell you how many times I thought someone was following me in a downtown area. I stopped and greeted the man. Guy was just checking to see if I was doing in that certain area. I explained my business and that was that.

I'm paranoid as hell. On a daily basis I'll make random right hand turns, just to see if the car behind me is following or if we're both just headed down the same road.

If we both make the same turn however, I don't just get out and attack them.

What the hell does white have to do with it?

2 black teens shot a white infant in the face at close range during a robbery. Yet, this stupid case gets more attention, despite the complete lack if evidence against GZ.

The reason....because a black guy killed a white person. Apparently they don't consider that news.

I know if it was my infant. And they got away, I would turn it into national news. Because I would never stop tryin to find that person. And if I did it would be some law abiding citizen type stuff

Lol try some of the TM defenses on this one:

"Maybe the maybe was following him"

"Maybe the baby called him a n#####" (yes that was a real defense used on VN for why TM attacked GZ)

"Maybe the baby attacked him first"

I am refering to the subject of this thread. There was not a white person involved.

And again if you wanna draw attention to that case I think you should start a thread on it.

According to the media there was. Also TM said there was a "cracka" involved.

There was a Black on White shooting in the Orlando area last night. Two teenagers walked up to somebody in a car, stuck a gun in his face, robbed him, and then shot the victim in the head. Luckily the bullet deflected a bit and he is expected to recover.

How would people like MLK feel if they knew the lynch mob mentality that's overtaken the black community these days?

I think he'd be more upset by the overall lack of personal responsibility....it's never their fault. It's always racism, or racial profiling, or institutionalized racism, or slavery.

the only problems black Americans face is poverty. Just like the Irish immigrants of the early 20th century. And only they can help themselves overcome that.

Yea I'm sure you wouldn't have been scared if some Mexican was following you in between buildings and into back yards...especially if you were on vacation.

If I thought someone was following me, I wouldn't be running behind buildings and into backyards. I'd stay on in the open so people could see me.

But TM didn't think it was a Mexican following him. He thought it was a "cracka", that's what he said.

I would quit arguing at this point. There are a couple options here:

1. Keith is too stupid and blinded by race to admit that the dead guy was a sh*tstain on the underpants of society and not the innocent little angel that some people think he was.

or

2. He's just trolling.

Either way, you can't convince someone out of that kind of ignorance.

Well it is not.

Grammatically speaking, you are correct. 100s is the correct way to shorten 'hundreds', meaning multiple hundreds (200, 300, etc). 100's is grammatically incorrect. Spelling it that way actually means that something belongs to 100, or '100 is ______'.

However, neither spelling indicates as set of numbers between 100 and 199. Had you said 'more than 100 feet,' you'd have been correct.

What decade are we living in?

Please use numbers.

I look forward to the State arguing that Trayvon was the one screaming and the reason it was him was b/c he saw Zimmerman's gun/Zimmerman pointed gun at him. I don't know about anyone else, but if I get a gun pulled on me in the dark, I'm not screaming anything - at most I would be begging the guy holding the gun on me for my life. I just have a hard time buying the argument that the normal reaction to seeing a gun, and having someone point it at you, is to scream for almost a full minute until you get shot. I just can't figure what the State's story for what happened that night will be because it has changed so much from their opening argument.
