I was trying to be sarcastic. The Vols will be one spot away, which would perfectly summarize the season. In the Coaches/AP Poll after the bowl games are played? Possibly.
As far as the CFP rankings, there's a pretty good chance UT's sitting somewhere in the 15-16 range, even if they were to beat Vanderbilt soundly.
Only way that happens is if UT beats Vanderbilt and all 5 of the higher ranked SEC teams make the playoffs.I want citrus v perennially overrated Michigan.
What would be awesome is if (in order of games played next weekend):
1. KANSAS beats UTAH (Friday)
2. UGA beats GT (Friday)
3. A&M beats TX (Friday)
4. OSU beats MICH
5. PITT beats MIAMI
6. UCF beats BYU
7. UT beats VANDY
8. STAN beats ND
6 of those games will have concluded or be in progress before our kickoff against Vandy.
One can dream. Just beat Vandy! GBO
I'd honestly be shocked if we went in the 1st round. Having not played this year, I see him more in the mid to late 2nd Rd.JMOI think it’s unfair to criticize Jermod. He tore his ACL and plays the most demanding position on the field when it comes to running/cutting against these freak WRs these days.
He’s going to be a first rounder and if any of us were in his position, he has more to lose than gain trying to come back if he doesn’t 100% trust his knee![]()
