Alberto DelRio finally showed up in the ring last night against Mysterio.

no ring presence, no talent, a silly bio, a goofy entrance and his own ring announcer.

he'll last about as long as Mordecai. I don't know of any wrestler that had an extended introduction that became a success.

Are you implying Glacier wasn't a smashing success?

I work at the brewery here in Knoxville & Kane came in today..... That's one big guy.

You calling something moronic is like Bret Favre accusing someone of being indecisive.

This coming from a rastlin' fan...if you hurry, I think I saw Marty Jannety washing cars off of Broadway, you could shake his hand and anything else you wanted to shake.

The thing about the steroids was I was always afraid of them and I finally had a doctor tell me about the effects and that warned me right off them — that was it for me with that stuff. The only other drug I took for a while was cocaine. Now this doesn't sound like the Million Dollar Man, but I stopped doing that because I was cheap — I didn't want to spend the money on it!"
The Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase

I liked that quote

So how does a non rasslin fan know the name Marty Jannety, much less know what he looks like?

I used to watch it as a kid, back when it was awesome...I haven't watched it a very long time, when the story lines got really, really out there, I bounced.

I like to stir the pot some times, I got nothing really against it or anyone who watches it.

Just got to be so outrageous that the absurdity of it all was just too much to handle.

Now that I think about it, the last time I watched it was a PPV event back in '03, maybe '04...my friend was really into it and he watched it all the time. It was The Royal Rumble and it WAS AWFUL!!!!!!!!

I don't think there were more than 4 or 5 guys in the ring at the same time, it was total crap.

I actually think WWE was watchable back then...especially compared to now.

2003 was the last really strong year for Wrestlemania.

Michaels v. Jericho
Hogan v. McMahon
Triple H v. Booker T
Austin v. Rock
Angle v. Lesnar

It's amazing how far the roster's declined in recent years.

No doubt, anytime I'm flipping channels and land on WWE, I never notice anyone...the roster may have been better back then but that Royal Rumble was terrible.

I haven't watched wrestling since Shawn Michaels was the Heartbreak Kid. Waaaaaay back in the day. Now back then, it was entertainment.

I loved the WWF vs. WCW days. Nothing like Bischoff coming on telling everyone what happened on Raw - spoiling it before it came on. Things were so fun and cutthroat back then.

I just made the horrible mistake of tuning in to the 900th episode. Cody Rhodes' new gimmick is even more feminine than his brother's. Awful, just awful.
