If that happens, David Arquette should throw a party celebrating the fact he is no longer the worst world title holder ever.

I think it's only a matter of time now.

TNA needs to get it together. If they can't gain ground while Miz is carrying the WWE title, they don't deserve to be a contender.

HHH just had surgery, so he won't be back for a while.

Good luck with that. They can't even get 10,000 buys with their PPV, which is an atrocious number. To put it in perspective, right before WCW sold, they were still getting about 40,000 PPV buys.

They need to completely turn all the creative elements over to Heyman (not the business side, cause he's a terrible businessman). Or somebody needs to buy it from Carter/Panda, before they can even think of being a contender.

Kane finally wins the world heavyweight championship. Congrats to Glenn, he's deserved this opportunity for a long time now.

I don't care much for his character, or his matches. But - its not saying much - its no worse for him to be champion than Mysterio or Swagger.

A reality tv character has no business being crowned champion of anything.

Mysterio got it because he's busted his ass for 15 years and there is really no one worth a damn on Smackdown.

Swagger got it because Vince loves pushing those collegiate wrestlers to the top.

just thought I'd throw it out to you wrestling fans that I played kickball against a former WWF guy last weekend in DC named Chaz (also was Headbanger Mosh). Very large guy with a hell of a leg (but couldn't run very well).

Not his first, but nice to see him get another championship run before retirement.

It is his first world heavyweight championship. He won the WWF championship, which lasted for a day. Glenn Jacobs has always put the company over himself. He's turned down multiple championship opportunities so younger talent can come in and be the face of the WWE.

No matter what specific name you want to give the belt, the point is that this isn't his first run with the top belt in WWE...regardless of how long his first reign lasted.

It's nice to see him get another shot with the strap, but it's not as if he's never done this before.

I wasn't talking about the Miz tho, I was talking about Kane.

Its not really accurate to call Miz just a reality star anyway. He's been wrestling for 6 years now, which is much longer than the time he was a reality star. And he actually has some wrestling ability. He has more moves than Kane or even John Cena.

The reality shows are the only reason he was ever given an opportunity in WWE.

If he's not on multiple MTV shows, he never appears on WWE programming.

Maybe, maybe not.

He was wrestling in UPW before he even went on Tough Enough. Either way, he's earned his spot. He gets more crowd reaction than most of the guys do.

There's really no maybe to it.

Prior to Tough Enough, he was a cast member on the Real World, and later on several of those Real World/Road Rules challenges. Those shows were done prior to any work he did in pro wrestling.

I turned over just in time to hear Bret Hart say he's taking things "under his own hands." Good to see he's still the same semiliterate, charisma free dolt he's always been.
