Golddust will never change. One of the few from a different era still left (Him and Kane are the only ones who still wrestle weekly, and he did so long before Kane), and him trying to latch onto more time with something new would demean the great job he has done as that character for so long.
Now, if we get a push for Cody changing back, I think it would work well. Cody as he was was a damn good wrestler.
Question:
Do you guys think WWE is in trouble when Vince retires / dies?
Or
Do you think WWE will be better off with Triple H / Stephanie running the show?
Which one and why? Just curious.
The product will be infinitely better once Trips and Steph are in charge. NXT is Trips' baby and it's the best thing WWE has going for it. The talent pool is deep, character build is great and the matches are high quality. I think he knows what the fans want and knows how to bring it back it a little of what it once was. Looking forward to the day Vince takes a step back and they get the keys. Not saying I don't appreciate Vince and what he's done, but I think he's lost his touch the last couple of years.
I'm a big fan of the stardust character and Cody plays it great. I think Cody has a better chance of getting out of the mid card being stardust than he does being Cody Rhodes.
Now if I could play booker for a moment.........I would book stardust as a complete psychopath. Where there's no rhyme or reason to why he does the things he does. Make him a true tweener that you never know if he going to attack a heel or a face.
I have no desire to see a barely able to move Taker have the belt. Having Brock around for ten RAWs since August was awful. It's the freaking championship belt. He doesn't have to wrestle every Monday, heck, I'm actually very much against that idea, but it'd be nice if we at least got to see him cut a promo most weeks.
Oh, I figured it all out now. Sheamus and (more importantly) Orton were held back so they wouldn't interfere with the return of Heath Slater. He's officially returned thank goodness. RAW will be so much better now. Maybe now they can bring back the other two?
I've stopped. I'm trying to convince myself to give it another WM run, but judging from recent results and what I've read on here it's hard to do.

until wrestlers like Ziggler, Wyatt, Ambrose, etc get the continued pushes they deserve, I really am done. I'll renew for Wrestlemania because it's Wrestlemania, but the if the future looks as stale and boring as it does right now, I likely won't renew my subscription and won't even watch the PPVs for only 9.99. The promos that they do cut are unnecessarily long and then half the stars that should be getting short promos to push the IC and other mid card slates are completely ignored and after a week or two of build up, they completely scrap an angle in favor of a new one. It's essentially no fun to watch. But it's tough to stay completely away because there is more potential now than since the Attitude Era. No one wants to tap into it though. And to make matters worse, ready to go big time stars in NXT are piling up in large numbers. If they aren't making room for the guys on the main roster to get real pushes, what makes me think they are going to give the guys in NXT currently a real shot?
The only one of those guys I feel confident will have a successful career is Wyatt.
