The iphone is the only benefit to having AT&T....my company uses sprint and it drops just as many calls as AT&T. We save about $1000 bucks a month by using sprint....that is its only advantage over verizon. If the prices were similar, we would be using verizon in a heartbeat.

I am currently the last person to switch over from verizon to sprint seeing how my contract isn't up until Aug. 2011. I am dreading that day....

I use Sprint, it is one of the cheaper plans out there, But at the same time I get a good amount of drop calls but no biggie to me since I am saving over $40 a month.

I disagree, I have been all over with AT&T and while there are some places in the states(mostly in the TN area) that have spotty coverage, the same is said for all carriers. From my personal experience with Verizon, AT&T, Tmobile, and Nextel/Sprint, Tmobile has the worst coverage followed by sprint then AT&T right behind Verizon. When I was with Verizon, I couldnt even get a signal in my house, but have 5 bars with AT&T.

For 4 years I had a company cell phone with ATT and personal phone with Verizon. I drove all over VA, WV & NC. I always had twice the coverage with Verizon.

In VA Suncom was bought by ATT and immediately changed their network signal. Half their customers lost service. ATT's answer was you need to buy a new phone cause this is the network the rest of the world uses. Great plan but sucks for the guy who's only had his phone a week and can only get 2/3 coverage with a new phone. ATT can suck it. Sorry I have cell phone anger issues. :)

I thought Tmobile (Deutsche Telekom) bought Suncom in 2007?
