AT&T was named the worst cell phone provider by CunsumerReports.org. I'd have to agree. When I had Cingular before switching to Verizon, I only had service standing in the center of my kitchen. Then when my phone died I was only able to buy a phone at FULL PRICE... Now my roommate only gets service while sitting on the couch. I was curious what's the worst cell phone story you have?

No bad stories here....I've had verizon since I was 17 and sprint for 2 yrs before that. 10 yrs with verizon and I've been happy. I guess u pay for what you get.

I like Verizon better than any I have had. Most eveyone I know has Verizon and like it as well. I do know some people that have AT&T and it sucks. I have been with Verizon for probably 15 yrs or close to it. The only thing is their customer service really sucks.

I had AT&T in So Cal and it was bad. I've had Verizon for 12 years with no problems.

AT&T's claim of more bars in more places is clearly a reference to getting a beer because it has nothing to do with signal availability.

i couldn't agree more, its made me think about switching to sprint

If customer service is a concern you can throw the Sprint option right out the window. From my experience with AT&T they kick Sprint's ass in that regard. Service wise too, actually.

I haven't ever used Verizon, so can't give a comparison, but I've been more than happy dealing with AT&T.

I'll never leave AT&T, has been the best in every category hands down.

i'm with bearcat, i've never had any real issues with them and when lil things do come up, usually i end up getting 20 or 30 bucks knocked off my dad's bill for it

Love my iPhone; Hate AT&T; I have dropped calls every single day;as soon as Verizon gets it I am bolting

1) NEXTEL (not even a close second)








2) AT&T
3) Cingular
4) Verizon (my current provider)

I may switch to US Cellular when they catch up with technology.
