Last few yrs she’s been dgaf. And gets worse. That team is such a mess.

Apparently involves Li Yeuru and the Chinese national team. Li has asked for a trade due to lack of playing time; apparently the Chinese expected her to have more time in exchange for her not playing for them this yr. Also, Li felt bullied in LA by Lexie Brown and now LB also plays ( or doesn’t play, she got zero mins again last night) for the Storm.

Then there’s also Diggins still running that team, Storm was investigated for her alleged bullying of Jewel Lloyd last yr.

Good grief. I’ll bet Jewel Loyd’s crazy Mom was involved. That org is endless drama and I wish Jordy played elsewhere. And Li is still asking for a trade.

Paige Bueckers needs a center that she can pass to in the post. Although she is doing great, the shooters on that team only seem to shoot 3's and they are shooting in the 30's, even Arike. Paige is slowly becoming the leader of that team, but of course with strong personalities like Arike, Carrington, and Smith it may take longer to get the team in line to play the way the coach wants them to play. BTW, that 30's percentage is overall shooting, not just 3-point shooting. Paige is also the second-best defensive player on the team, just a total mess. Hopefully she passes her concussion test and will be ready to play against RJ and the Sparks Friday night.

Kamilla is going to leave to play with the Brazilian team sometime soon but now has an injury

Don’t think Paige is out of protocol yet, and won’t have practiced.

Game is huge for the Sparks. Rickea is back, they’ve had 3 straight days of practice. If they can’t beat a Paigeless Wings they’re doomed.

Also huge for Rickea. She has to turn things around and can do so simply by hitting shots. She’s lost some confidence as scorers do when shots dont go down. She played well in Unrivaled but truthfully her shot was not consistent the whole time. Started off shaky again early this season then the injury. First game back was frustrating as hell then the meltdown, which she explains below. Sparks were very wise to prescribe another week of rest and reset. Apparently she’s been in the Sparks gym the whole time the internet had her pregnant/demanding trade.

The one silver lining is the extended W season. The Fever got off to a terrible start last year and still managed to make the play-offs. And with 2 extra games, it is possible for the Sparks to make a playoff run but the turn around needs to start pretty soon.


Rae and RJ need to make a pact to not pick-up injuries on pointless, out of control hustle plays.

CC and the Fever had the month-long Olympic break last year, but no break this year. As far as Paige, this is her only break since last July.

Now this is more like it. Sparks PR with some positive pregame vibes.

Good game going on now Sun/Dream. Sun playing well coming off 50 pt loss. Mabrys really on one. She’s that player, occasionally great but often meh to bad.

Notre Dame fans like to call themselves "guard U". But in the first half, Lloyd and Young are a combined 0 for 10. Maybe "guard 0" is more applicable.
There's something seriously wrong with how Las Vegas is playing. Down 21 at halftime against an expansion team.

Just when you think the Sky can’t get worse. Got smacked by the Caitlinless Fever tonight and are about to lose Kamilla to the Brazilian team for awhile. Hope Sloot will be ok.

The Sparks blew out the Wings who are as bad as the Sky. And about to lose both their centers to international play. Hopefully they get Paige back next week but they’re a mess,

Seems like the Aces just lost all their joy after the last championship.. Hammond seems perpetually scowling and grumpy. Several of their core group are also past their prime.

Valkyrie can play really well at times with a real nothing to lose fire. They play the Sparks again Monday in LA in a big game for both teams.
