The balls have an inflation range, they only lost about 4.5% of inflation pressure in that game due to temp change, enough to make a minimally "legal" ball illegal when on the field. If the balls were inflated to maximum pressure of 13.5 psi, they wouldn't be under pressurized on the field when it is cold. This has been known since day one and whitewashed in the effort to claim cheating. There was no cheating done, they simply used science.Funny how it was only cold on the NE sideline....
And there can never be any outside circumstances that could possibly effect it right? Both players should be viewed through vacuums. Like I said Brady deserves the title because he has the playoff stats, I just happen to believe he was given a much better chance at success with the organization and coach he played for, perhaps he is the GOAT, but I choose to look under the surface a little and I just don’t think it’s as cut and dry as some make it to be.Yeah, because accolades speak for themselves
I was at that Nebraska game the entire team looked horrible! I think the early game locking them out of the championship did something to them. Entire team. Entire team. It was bad.Couldn’t rise above it. Happened against Nebraska in the Fiesta Bowl too. Lot of heroic performances and that’s why I’m a fan. Could go fetal position on you tho. Brady never did.
I think the best evidence that there was cheating is that one of the balls was properly inflated. Presumably the one that was used for kicking. Now, having said that, in the game they were discovered, they didn't do **** in the first half with under inflated balls and then came out roaring in the 2nd half with properly inflated balls. The moral of the story is if you want to roar, keep your balls warm.
Some how the whole GOAT thing got tied to Superbowl wins. I get it I guess but this ain't golf or tennis, you can't just go on Majors wins...its a team game. If we're on the school yard and we're picking teams and every big time NFL QB is there in their prime, I'm taking Dan Marino first. Never won a SB, only played in one, but if you just want the best QB talent on your team you take Dan.
So you agree and just want to debate it? Okay, coolAnd there can never be any outside circumstances that could possibly effect it right? Both players should be viewed through vacuums.
