Will this finally settle the Manning - Brady debate?

They didn’t earn the win? Lol. They were down 27-14 in the fourth quarter and put together two, length of the field touchdown drives, against one of the greatest defenses in nfl history. I think that qualifies as “earning it.”
And then let Seattle drive right back down and had the game won but Seattle decided “ nah y’all take it” by making the all time most bone headed call. So no, in my opinion that isn’t earning it, that’s actually choking and then getting bailed out.

So you believe a person that isnt the best deserves to be called the best? Lol, yeah ok
Yes I do, because he has the stats he deserves it. In part I believe he got those stats because of his circumstances. I’m really not sure I get the confusion.

I mean really tennessee is the best program over the last decade...if their circumstances were better.
Actually im the greatest qb ever.....of course of my circumstances were better..

Wait a sec...BRADY “let” them? He played defense? 😏

You win.

You out dumbed him.

Inform yourself.
Brady has 40 4th Q comebacks. In 19 years.
PManning holds record @ 45. In 16 years.
I think you need to work on reading comprehension. I didn't say Brady had the most; I said anyone who has watched one - and by the way, he does have the most in the postseason, by a long stretch - and still naysays his greatness, has issues.

Here's a different stat for you, since you think PM can be elevated above Brady by stats: Brady is about to play in his ninth Super Bowl; he has won five of eight thus far. Manning played in four and won two. But I'm sure you think fourth-quarter comebacks in regular season games mean more than the number of times a quarterback has taken his team to the championship and won it.

Look at the interceptions, Einstein.

For reference, that is where a QB completes a pass to the wrong team.
You really are stupid if you can't understand that 100 extra yards and leading your team down the field for the game-winning drive trumps no interceptions and throwing off-target passes multiple times that cost your team the game.

You may be champion of your nerds-r-us fantasy league but you don't have much understanding of the actual game of football.

The only meddling with the footballs was to inflate to minimum allowable pressure in the locker room. After that, they lose pressure when they get colder......had it been a 28 degree day, they would have been nearly flat.
No, stop, you'll make their heads hurt! ESPN told them Brady cheated, and ESPN is never wrong!

I’ve tried very hard and made it very obvious what I’m talking about, if you can’t understand it then I don’t know what to say.

Nope, I said earlier that I wasn’t using that game as an argument of Brady vs manning... Jesus Christ arguing with some of you is like slamming your head into a wall. ****, I’m done talking about it, so sorry I have an opinion different than yours, your right of course.

Playing on a successful team is not an individual stat.

Here’s a stat for you: Brady has 33 post season interceptions— he’s #1.

Give it up man this is literally the thought process of some here “ derp derp, Brady have better stats in post season derp derp, nothing else matter, he did all by himself derp derp derp.” Seriously save your sanity.

Give what up?

Peyton had a GM that would keep a Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark throughout their productivity...Brady didn’t save for habitually injured Gronk. In addition to the sheer number of Super Bowl and AFC championship game APPEARANCES...much less wins there’s no contest. And the passing marks Peyton put up are soon to be passed up if not already (thank god for Drew Brees). Patriots never carried Brady...quite the vice-versa. Belichick is the superior football mind to whoever Peyton had as his HC, but Belichick was average to below mediocre as a HC before Brady emerged. As a Peyton apologist, I yielded to reality a long time ago on this one.

What was the patriots record the year Tom Brady missed?

The "GOAT" debate is always fun, no matter what sport or position. And, it's impossible to be definitive.
For me, after looking at wins, records, championships, MVP's, etc............it boils down to "Who plays the best in the biggest moments on the biggest stage." As QB's go, It's Tom Brady. It pains me to say it! Next would be Montana.[/QUOTE

Every play is a “big moment.”

Even by your standard, it’s Manning, who is 3-1 v Pats in Championship Games.

They went 11-5 and were still very competitive, the year manning missed the colts went either 1-15 or 2-14 and were pretty much non competitive all year. Doesn’t matter though, most here are still going to tell you manning had every advantage Brady did. I don’t see how you can logically come to that conclusion but I’ve been arguing about it on here all day. I realize there isn’t any winning with some folks so I give up, you should to.

Odd that you cited it, then. You always use examples of what you’re NOT talking about? 😉

I did? What I said when talking about that game was that I was not using that game as a comparison of Brady vs manning. Anyway it doesn’t really matter, it’s my opinion and right or wrong it doesn’t even matter so whatever.
