According to ESPN:

"Among the candidates who might be targeted by Vanderbilt are former Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher, Buffalo's Lance Leipold, Notre Dame defensive coordinator Clark Lea (a former Vanderbilt fullback), Princeton's Bob Surace, Nevada's Jay Norvell, Indiana's Tom Allen, Tulane's Willie Fritz, Clemson offensive coordinator Tony Elliott, Louisiana Tech's Skip Holtz, Charlotte's Will Healy, Coastal Carolina's Jamey Chadwell, Army's Jeff Monken, Navy's Ken Niumatalolo and North Dakota State's Matt Entz."

How unfortunate. Vandy, and USC can fire there coaches but we can’t. Let me guess Vandy has more money in there athletic department to?
Yes they actually do but it's in their athletic department, get a clue if you're going to be a doom and gloom sarcastic NegaVol.

The should hire Army or Navy coaches, get that triple option going like GT. Would be a tougher oyt then.

I know it doesn’t really matter with the way this season is going but just curious why it isn’t being played. Vandy is saying that Saturday is their last game and the SEC doesn’t have a makeup date for it listed anywhere. Just wondering if anybody knows what the reasoning is?
Because we don't want a girl kicker to beat us!

Maybe it's a case of "the blind leading the blind" just stay put and still. It should be safer that way for both teams.

It isn't off. We should have a revised schedule released by the SEC tomorrow that will have Vanderbilt-Tennessee on December 12th and Tennessee-Texas A&M on the 19th.

Vandy-Missouri was not moved up because of an impact on the SEC East, it was moved because of Arkansas having to cancel its game with Missouri this past weekend. The only way to ensure that game would eventually be played was to let Vandy go ahead and play Missouri and bump back the Mizzou-Arkansas came a couple of weeks. They would like to have all division games wrapped up by the 12th.

You know, that makes about as much sense as this whole dam- season has made......

No Tennessee still losses. Mean Pruitt won’t get fired for losing to Vandy!
But he might getting beat by Florida and Texas A/M which is a pretty good chance he does. The way the Vols play Vandy will probaly get their first win and with Tennessee luck in football that girl will probaly kick the winning field goal. lol

Interestingly, the schedule on the official Vandy football website does not show the Tennessee game.

Football

I said that last week and someone referenced a Fulmer article. The game is question at best and would be odd to go down on the list of who cares and fades away.
