Fulmer dropped the ball as head coach already. He accumulated a losing a record in two of his last four seasons and fell asleep at the wheel in recruiting. Now as AD, he's hired (and extended) a dud of a head coach. I appreciate what he did as HC during his prime, but he would be doing himself and Tennessee a favor by retiring.
