I don't think coconut and shrimp flavors go together. Sorta like peanut butter and asparagus sandwich.

Appetizer - Calamari and Firecracker Shrimp. Main course - Ahi Tuna. Washed down with Glenfiddich 12 (neat).

Veal again. This time piccata. Went to the market and it looked so wonderful I had to buy it. Not entirely prepared so I pulled out my Droid phone and googled "veal cutlet"....

Came up with a highly rated Emeril recipe and....

<sigh>

nom nom.

I know lots of you cringe at the idea of veal... sorry. It's tasty.

House Salad with garlic buttermilk ranch dressing, ale poached parmasean dusted tilapia with red potatoes and green beans. Washed down with a couple of micro brews, smithwicks and troegg lager. Good food but disappointed with the Troegg. Less taste than a Mic Ultra.

I had the same thing as last night. Chicken Sausage on top of spinach salad with a red pepper dressing.

I also said you were presumptious for starting a thread about southerners being unintelligible but that doesn't mean I don't love ya... I only tell people I like to "Bite Me".... :shades:
