What did you have for dinner II?

Anyone have a good recipe for a sausage sandwich with peppers and onions?
Have a good fresh roll, like bolillo or banh mi, crusty outside, soft inside. Slit it open, don’t cut it in half. Cut onions & peppers in medium long slices. Cook these in the pan with fresh bratwurst. Allow the onions to caramelize. Place 1 or 2 brats in the roll, apply mustard directly on the sausage, add peppers & onions, and serve.
