That sounds Great, but I am not familiar with that type of shake but I am sure that it was good :)

Was gonna be a sandwich, but....... Our neighbors had some kinda shindig, and asked my wife if we wanted some, so they brought a load. Grilled pork chops, Brunswick stew, jalapeno poppers, chicken casserole, and potato salad. I've had a bite of everything.
 
Making braised beef short ribs - browned them in cast iron skillet, then sautéed onions, shallots, celery, and garlic, deglazed the pan with red wine, added beef bone stock, Worcester sauce, salt, freshly ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, Hungarian paprika - loaded all of this into the slow cooker for 8 hours (~2 left). Plan to serve ‘em with mashed potatoes, and a romaine & homegrown tomato salad.

A day late, but Tyler Florence's mashed potato recipe is by far the best we have ever fixed.
