Well folks here it goes. We hosted a party for my wife’s brother. His 60th. He& his friends were supposed to go to Europe but that got canceled due to the virus. So we had a party here for them right outside of Asheville in Leicester, NC.. I smoked 10 racks of ribs, a brisket, 10 pound chicken. There was great coleslaw,pasta salad, cowboy beans that I made. My band played as well. We’re an acoustic duo outside of Asheville here. And one of the guys which it was a bunch of FSU grads, wanted to come up and play Rocky top with us. So there was all of these 60-year-old dudes in my backyard in North Carolina singing Rocky Top to the top of their lungs and they were all Florida boys(noles not gators). Pfffftttt... underachiever🤣 but now I’m hungry! My son’s 50 employee company had a Vp that fell off a ladder and shattered hip, legs, etc (20ft up) and had to learn to walk again last year. He was in a wheelchair at the time And They( VP and wife) were supposed to go on a trip with the two kids to Hawaii and obviously had to cancel. Kids and wife both were devastated both about the accident and not getting to go, so the owner of company calls me and asks if there’s anyway I can help plan and cook for a Surprise Hawaiian themed party Luau Complete with bouncy castles dunkin booths etc...me:” well hell yeah BUT said VP is a Georgia bulldog and he has to sing rocky top with me and the other vp was a Nc state grad and played in a band and he has to play it”. Owner asked how much Would I charge and I said you get them two to sing and play rocky top in grass skirts and leis and I’ll do it for cost of food. Worth donating my time of 30-40 hours just for that song lol. Whole pig with head served with pineapple papaya bbq sauce and Guava cake my wife made. I know you said it's a small company but Do they sell any products? That is a company I would support with my wallet! Oh and pics of them singing Rocky Top.

Well kind of but unless you own some lakes it might not be useful lol... they do storm water mitigation and lake management. My son is a fisheries biologist and does shocking, stocking fish and Aquatic vegetation algae control stuff. They are good folks and the owner takes care of his folks. And thanks for the thought as I own a small business I try to do business with folks that are good to their ppl too.
Take notice that other than the edible purple orchids ( the vp wife’s favorite color) I got as many edible orange flowers as I could order, absolutely no red!
oh and 🇺🇸All the way!
