For my wife, we get Just Mayo. It uses plant-based protein in lieu of eggs.

I had no idea about an egg free mayo until at the gym one day. Lady on the treadmill beside me had the tv on a cooking show, and that's what they were making. I don't remember anything though

Neighbor made us dinner. Chicken casserole, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn. Brownies for dessert. I have to say, every time we've had an issue with my wife's health, we've been blessed with people doing stuff lije that to help us.

Pizza with cheeses, shaved onions and ham. Got the crust like Napoli - thin, crispy on the outside, airy soft on the inside.

The used to make a just cookie dough - edible cookie dough. It was the best!

Just had a good lunch at Dead End BBQ. Got the St. Louis Ribs and Competition Chicken with Beans & Smoked Sausage and jalapeño cornbread.

Probably chicken quarters for dinner. The wife is making me eat all the food in the fridge before I get to go buy more meat. She's doing some juice diet and I don't even like the quarters, dang it!

In the meantime here's a Swedish kladdkaka I made for the shop, with cardamom whipped cream.
