I was thinking earlier about getting rotisserie tomorrow

Yes! Chicken salad made from leftover roasted chicken is the best! Every now and then, I'll make a chicken salad with sweet onion, celery, salt & pepper, tarragon, and walnut pieces (I moisten with egg-free faux mayo for my missus). Make a chicken salad sammie with baby arugula on fresh multigrain bread... Yeah, buddy!

I had no idea about an egg free mayo until at the gym one day. Lady on the treadmill beside me had the tv on a cooking show, and that's what they were making. I don't remember anything though
