That’s the same ugly place we went yesterday only now we are locked out and the sky’s on fire.... come on @joevol33 wants to see some new sights... he’s tired of that dump.
i had thick cut pork chops, with Brussels sprouts and maple bacon I cured from that pig we killed a couple weeks ago and some squash casserole from the last of the frozen squash from last year.

This cracked me, so funny.

Made a nice lasagna with a fresh green salad and some garlic bread. If you have never grown your own salad greens we finally hit the perfect compromise of easy, healthy, low maintenance and an unbelievable difference in taste. We have learned a lot and just like we have found with our eggs and chicken we are raising real food and it tastes sooooo much better.
@Tin Man and I talked a bit about the chickens growing for those interested where should I post up some pics or possibly starting a thread about growing your own food? Dont want to derail @joevol33 's thread to much but someone might be interested. Opinions?

Not too bad ....so just somewhat bad
I didn't think it was as great as some people claim. It's good, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. We were in the area, but if we were again, I'd eat it again.
