What did you have for dinner II?

Went to the sons house for dinner... other than the cojita cheese, rice and sour crema everything was grown/ raised by us or our friend. Angus ground beef and home made pork chorizo tacos with tomato, candied jalapeños, home made salsa, cilantro, red leaf lettuce, Spanish rice,& crema.
I made top shelf margaritas with fresh lime juice, Cointreau, 1800 and simple syrup for the rest of the crew and I had mango juice with the grand daughter. She had her first bite of lime wedge and it was hilarious.😂

Since I'm doing IF I cram a bunch of calories in in a small window. And since I was busy today I had a two phase dinner. Four slices of thick cut bacon and four fried eggs, then two carnitas tacos with queso fresco and a romaine lettuce taco salad with an avocado, queso fresco, and carnitas. And a Modelo Especial to top it off.

Well dang man if you don’t mend pretty fast it ain’t cause of poor food and bad air. Tell your folks I’m looking for a foster home for about 8 months a year. Come June I’m outta there til October , Cause it do get warm in the summer down there🤫
You know at the beach it doesn’t get much warmer in the summer plus you have the sea breeze

Nope nope nope that’s like when I played golf in Scottsdale az in august at 114 degrees and all the idiots (us) ”but it’s a dry heat”. Still would burn your arse when you sat down in the cart lol.
92 Florida degrees and the typical 318% humidity is still stupid hot. There were days in pine island when it was 100 plus in Cape Coral and 88 on the island and we would go fishing before sunup come back around 11am walk off the boat dock and straight in the pool. we just stayed in the pool under the lanai til the sun went down.
