Bill dance told me he wants a word with you and he sounds mad! Nvm he ate all them bass he caught back in the 70s now he can afford fancy grouper and stuff but you don’t get no better eating than fresh bass fillets. Nice work joe!

Smoked ham. Smoked melt in your mouth Leg of Lamb. My signature baked beans. Honey Cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes. And the holy grail of Mac n Cheese.

Lima beans with onion, garlic, parsley and oregano from the rainy back deck, and ground lemon pepper, prepared by inattentive cook
