What did you have for dinner II?

Went to Farehouse in Greenville SC with the daughter and family. Had seared duck breast with butter poached mushrooms and baby pea sprouts over Israeli cous cous.
I prefer the Israeli couscous which is more like pasta over the Moroccan couscous which tends to be the tiniest grain.

Something to try...have your butcher cut some beef ribs across the bone at about 1/4" or a little thicker. Check out the marinade recipe from Maanchi and let it marinate overnight. Of all the ingredients, do NOT skip the asian pear. It's a must for this marinade. Pop in some apple wood and cook these ribs on your grill. It's a different flavor from the restaurant or pan frying. Gotta say it's something special.
