What did you have for dinner II?

Carrabba's is quite possibly the best Italian chain, follwed closely by Macaroni Grill.

Things that were most excellent at Carrabbas:
Pork tenderloins with fig reduction. Oh Lawd!
Italian suasage and lentil soup. Superb!
The Mussels appetizer. Excellent.

Best thing about Carrabba's...The happy hour/weekday dinner specials. Super good food at super good prices.
I agree! My favorite food is lasagna. They have a great version. I tend to get some of their chicken dishes though, because those are even great.

Always get peach sangria!

They have a really good steak with the spicy butter on it. Mmmmm

On my days off, I do not venture out unless I have to so I just hunt in my Kitchen until
I find something good to fix and today it was Barilla Rigatoni noodles smothered in
butter and garlic with some added veggies.....and it was really good and served with
sweet tea with lemon of course......And Hey. its winter up in here!!

Don’t really know what to call it, but chicken, Italian sausage, Italian cooking peppers (Jimmy Nardellos), and potatoes with white wine, chicken stock, garlic, onions, tarragon, and parsley cooked on the range top in a cast iron skillet. Probably something else. Huh, the phone seems to have gone on strike.

I cooked it before rehearsal, and the house smelled good 4 1/2 hours later!

My hometown beer. I am a big fan of the Space Camper IPA.
was introduced to Boulevard products by my son 8 to 10 years ago at Three Kings in STL and have enjoyed it ever since. Shortly before COVID struck we found we could buy it a local wine and liquor store. They now keep a good supply of Bourbon Barrel Stout, but rarely have the rye or whiskey. brands

With all our young grandchildren living in Clayton, I believe we spend about three months of the year in STL and carry home Boulevard products. I'll have to look for that IPA on ouur next trip. Son and I hope to go for a weekend of Royal ball next year and take a tour of the Boulevard plant+
