Caught some crappie today and brought home three for dinner. Fried the fish fillets with Cajun seasoning and Baked Sweet potato fries.

How long have you been on it and how long do plan to stay on it.l?
My doctor suggested this last year. My understanding from what I read is that it is not a permanent option.
