What did you have for dinner II?

Steak Au Poivre with corn on thw cob and mashed taters. Went to done friends place for dinner. Here is the recipe for it. It was yummy.

This is the first time I've ever had it. I'll be making it myself now though.

On a side note, I suck at making steak, last time I tried it was like I was chewing paper, have been scared to try cooking it since.

That's what a thermometer is for.

Remember, any cut of meat will keep cooking after you take it off the heat. If you aren't going to serve immediately, stop 5 - 10 degrees before your target temp.
