You can get decent dough at Publix in the "fresh" bread section. It's in a small cooler. Doctor it a little to get the crust the way you like it. I.e. add a little bread flour for a more crispy crust.Bough a couple of Home Run Inn frozen pizzas on sale. Doctored up the mergherita with chicken sausage by adding thinly sliced onion and baby bella mushrooms. It was OK pizza, but, the outer rim of the crust was hard, like a baked cracker.
I like Napoli pizza. I wish there was a frozen Napoli-style pizza. I'd become a loyal customer. If/when I ever retire, I'll make my own pizza dough to get that Napoli style, dadgummit!
