I smoked one rack of ribs plain, the other one I rubbed with mustard, brown sugar, and syrup, and they were delicious. I pulled the chicken meat, put in a pan with fajita seasoning, then put back on the smoker as quesadillas, using for chicken tacos also. Absolutely the best quesadillas I've ever had, smoked chicken for the win.
I also made salsa for the first time. First one in the red bowl was practice, and had too much cilantro. The bigger bowl, I'm impressed with myself . I didn't Google anything, just added stiff as i went. Homegrown tomato, sweet onion, jalapeño, salt, little bit of cilantro, and lime juice i squeezed. My wife and daughter loves it, wife actually likes the one with too much cilantro.

I made lemon chicken orzo soup tonight. Last night was buffalo chicken quesadillas and last week I made one of the best things I’ve ever cooked before. Beef bourguignon, but with venison. It was incredible. My kids tell me I need to open a restaurant because my food is “fire”.
