Well Coca-Cola has a problem

It’s, I know you are but what am I.

The problem is, you argue but you have no argument. When it comes to logic, you have none. And, when it comes to democrats doing something, you spin, twist and turn.

I don’t know of anyone that said what happened at the capital was alright. But everyone that voted or supported Trump is being put in a category. And just like this story, I know some other businesses that are having some kind of equality training. So, I’m not doubting that it could be true.

Where did my "logic" fail specifically? You made a point to finger it, so cite your source.

You know, like you using anecdotal evidence about the 'people you know' and the capital (sic).

The truth is, you Trumpers had a chance to break with the orange turd, but didn't. If you still support him after 1/6 - you deserve to be lumped in with the proud boy, oath keeper, Qanon losers that kicked in the windows.

Lay down with dogs, get fleas. - as they say.

How does anyone still support any politician or either political party? People blind themselves to the faults of those they support and/or believe in. We've been given ample reasons not to support any of these idiots in office, yet we keep putting them back in there. It's sad.

But that's JMO.

I don’t get why more people don’t feel like you (and I) do. It’s maddening what’s happened to my party. And there’s no alternative.

I don't disagree. The "system" forces a dichotomy, and we're forced into tribalism.

We aren't forced to tribalism. We choose tribalism.
Most people are content to follow rather than stand up and challenge the system. It's the sheep mentality. What's funny is how the sheep of one side are always willing to call out the sheep of the other side as sheep. Doesn't really matter who you follow, a sheep is a sheep. Nothing good comes from letting others think for you and following along blindly.

This thread can't be boring because the unsourced claim has lead to a decent discussion of sugary drinks and snacks. RC and Moon Pie being one of the best things mentioned on the PF in some time.
And we have Coke's response

Coca-Cola has employees take training on how to 'be less white' to combat racism

Coca-Cola told the Washington Examiner in a statement: "The video and images attributed to a Coca-Cola training program are not part of the company’s learning curriculum. Our Better Together global training is part of a learning plan to help build an inclusive workplace. It is comprised of a number of short vignettes, each a few minutes long. The training includes access to the LinkedIn Learning platform on a variety of topics, including on diversity, equity and inclusion. The video in question was accessible on the LinkedIn Learning platform but was not part of the company’s curriculum. We will continue to listen to our employees and refine our learning programs as appropriate."

See, don’t let your feels get in the way. I just mention Trumps name and you go goofy.

You talk about 1/6 but you leave out this last summer. You also leave out news media not calling it out when it was going on. Again, don’t let facts get in the way. And, with 1/6 they’ve already debunked most of what happened that day except the people pushing their way into the capital. And, unless you’re a imbecile, you can’t connect anything Trump said with what happened.

Talk to me when a news agency on the right starts calling for reprogramming people and when they start calling for drone strikes on American citizens. That’s logical isn’t it? Again, don’t let facts get in the way.

I know for a fact that a certain company is making people go through equally training. I would name the company but I can’t. Because of a cancer, cancel culture that is going on right now. People fear that they may lose their jobs. Again, again, don’t let facts get in the way.

Logic, reasonable thought and common sense is something that confounds you. I would vote for anyone that is for smaller government and against socialist ideas. Most of the people in office on the left are radicals. They want to take away my 1st amendment rights and second amendment rights. They want total power over the people of the United States and I will always be against what they are pushing. But, I’m the one laying down with dogs. Get outta here with that sh**.

I'm not conversant in corporate speak, but are they saying, "this is something you could wind up linking to if you follow other links on linkedin?"

Not part of their "learning plan" but part of their partnership for learning on a variety of topics accessible through linked in. Weak butt covering IMO. Semantics.

Pretty ambiguous statement. Nobody knows what they're saying. Until coke says "this is part of our diversity training, and we force people to watch it," or somebody with a name says "Coke made me watch this," I'm going to treat it like I think VN PF would treat any another "anonymous source."

It's Coke flat out saying you get to these modules from the content we suggest our team watch. It's that simple. Somebody in their HR department did a really bad job. And you yourself say that you don't understand the corporate speak. If they could make a real denial they would.

So its not forced?

I don't believe so. Never said I thought it was. But I don't know for sure. It's certainly part of their "learning" training. The problem, for me at least, is it's a prime example of a major company doing the opposite of what they set out to do. Either on purpose or ignorance. Most companies this would fall under the "Diversity and Inclusion" department. They exist at most major companies in some way. Lazy. And a company in anyway promoting this, or making it part of anything they are encouraging, is beyond stupid. Required or not.

The Navy has a new woke pledge. It's somewhat different for the military; but it seems a lot like if people went to work and concentrated on the job, they might not need to be so woke and feeling the need to cuddle all the diversophiles.

Is this something Coke deliberately sent people to, was it it something that they inadvertently linked to? I still can't tell from these quotes.

This is all gibberish.

You've failed to point out any holes in my "logic", just more non sequiturs and accusations without evidence.

I'll say it again, if you continue to support trump after the events of 1/6, you're a scumbag.
