They are just young and they will miss a few assignments early in the season but as they gain experience they get better and better. What is key is rotating the players and keeping them fresh and do it in a way where there's not much of a drop-off in performance no matter who's playing. When these players do that on a consistent basis you win games by wearing your opponents down. Big 235-240 RB's just make it that much better and a lot of times fans think the RB just gets better toward the end of the game which isn't the case. a lot of times it's simply the other team is being out-physicaled. I believe that's the formula that Pruitt wants to utilize as HC and the same formula that Saban has taught Pruitt,Smart, Jimbo, and HC at Oregon currently, (can't think of his name at the moment). That's my opinion anyway. Another good thing about pounding the LOS is that it sets up play-action perfectly when safeties start cheating up.
