From everything I've read Samsung, Apple, Fitbit and Garmin are all solid in sleep monitoring. The differences are will be in the info you get and the app layouts. They all 4 are supposedly solid wrist based heart monitors. I know from experience the Garmin and Samsung are excellent. I'm partial to Samsung and Garmin. Garmin has the best GPS of them all according to reports I've read and Apple is right there. Samsung is good but not great.Mostly for the sleep monitoring, heart/stress monitoring, and GPS functionality. And step counts too, but less important.
Then why is Randy paying 599 for a Garmin? From everything I've read Samsung, Apple, Fitbit and Garmin are all solid in sleep monitoring. You can get everything you want in a Samsung or a Garmin for under $200.
Well I got burned by them when they sent a refurbished junk tablet instead of a new one I cancelled my payment source because they tried to charge it
They do have some decent stuff -- got several pair of Sharkskin pants for work at a good priceI did order a new eye mask with blue tooth so I can listen to ocean waves, thunderstorms, crackling fire by the lake, rain on a Rusty tin roof etc. to try and tweak my sleep score. I'm trying it out tonight.
Got it from Amazon. Hope it ain't a return referb.
