This is probably the wrong place for this, but since this thread is about MLB, I thought I’d mention that Cal Raleigh became the first to 40 HRs in the majors this year. He’s just the 7th catcher to do that all-time.

No, Cal didn’t play for UT, he played for Florida State, but he did grow up in Western NC and is the son of former Vol coach Todd Raleigh.

They delayed us so long out of TYS yesterday that I missed Blake’s game last night, and today he got called up to Biloxi so I won’t get to see him tonight, either. I’m in effing Appleton, WI, for no effing reason. Happy for Blake, but if y’all hear about American Airlines headquarters being burned down today, mind your own business.

They delayed us so long out of TYS yesterday that I missed Blake’s game last night, and today he got called up to Biloxi so I won’t get to see him tonight, either. I’m in effing Appleton, WI, for no effing reason. Happy for Blake, but if y’all hear about American Airlines headquarters being burned down today, mind your own business.

Grab a case of Old Style, a big hunk of gourmet cheese and head home. You can see him play at Smokies Stadium next week.
