Yup: All the right moves: Greg Sankey is the reason the SEC (and others) are playing college footballInteresting statement. Sole reason, eh?
I’d certainly like to see him play at least one season with the Vols but if he’s projected a first rounder I’d expect he would go. Hope I’m wrong.I think Cade will want to play for the Vols one year even if he has to sit this year. It would mean a lot to his dad and brother. Blood is thicker than money.
I’m going to hammer you since you don’t understand negligence law and injury statutes. The timing is it was filed before the state statute date to preserve the injury claim. The wife has a loss of consortium claim against the tortfeasor. Asking for 500,000 doesn’t mean you expect 500. It is standard to throw out an absurd number in a complaint and then come down during negotiations.Timing, premise, the fact that he's asking for $500,000 on behalf of his wife for 'loss of consortium'.
Don't argue with him, he's VolNation's version of Legalzooooom.....I’m going to hammer you since you don’t understand negligence law and injury statutes. I agree. How hard can it be to make a freaking decision?Shame on Greg Sankey and the SEC for not giving Cade a ruling (after already being approved by the NCAA) THE NIGHT BEFORE THE OPENING GAME.
Rest assured, if it was UGA, Alabama, LSU, or Florida that was in this situation, they would have had an answer and a likely eligible 5* OT starting for them tomorrow.
