Vols en route to Columbia without Cade Mays

Dude. He filed suit to preserve the injury statute for the state. They list every one as plaintiffs they possibly can to link all liability insurance carriers into it. Please stop trying to show us all how you know something you clearly don’t understand. It’s embarrassing. UGA could also be vicariously liable for not having checked chairs etc. That is why there are depositions of multiple parties to determine negligence etc. It’s always fun when you work in a certain field and people who clearly don’t work in it want to teach you about negligence law and proceedings. Reading a case filing gives you approximately .00001% of the information on a case. You will need to read the depositions and interrogatories to fully start to understand who may or may not be liable and UGA can easily be brought into this through the possible negligence of an employee of the institution. So have fun reading the complaint again and thinking that gives you any knowledge on the case.
You killed him already....stop.

Hmm, not too sure I'd do that. What if a miracle happens and we go on a tear and are sitting at about 7-0... then Stankey would surely (with a little encouragement from across the state) grow a set and rule that we forfeit all wins in which CM participated. Just throwing that out there as a possibility.
So, this is a messed up season, put *on it and move on, not like they will punish UT in 2021.

I've read the civil complaint which includes Mays' account of how he lost his finger tip.

I've dealt with two against companies I worked for, and the complaint in each held minimal information. I get it, you don't like Kevin. No problem.

You know all of this could've been avoided if Mays had stuck to his long commitment where he helped recruit prospects to UT?? instead of pouting because Butch was fired(yes thats the reason, have to remember he played high-school ball with butchs' son, and wouldn't even give Pruitt or Fulmer a chance) so yeah I feel bad for him that this is getting drug out for so long but it's on him

He could wear his brother's jersey number and never take off his helmet. He could go into the injury tent when he needed to cool off.

Hard to argue against this...
If he gets to play at all this year, its a plus. Because its a free year. He'll stlll be a junior next year. And THEN he can realiztically go pro after being a full-time starter for almost 2 years (counting UGA years too)

It will work out. He probably won't play till after UGA...

This season doesn’t matter anyway. If you were ever going to miss a season this is the one to miss.
Yes and No. Kids can still play and put stuff on tape for the NFL. Player development. It still matters.
Not to mention...the possibility that...we might be doing all this still in Fall 2021 :(...

Very Unfair with all the other waivers I've seen across the country. Kirby Smart is just plain scared of CJP and Cade because he's knows what's coming in the near future. He's going to get Dat Azz Whooped. Woof. Sic em' Smokey.

I fully expect them to approve Joey Gatewood's transfer from Auburn to Kentucky tomorrow, after the two have played.

Did the players fly or go by bus? Does this change with the Covid financial strain?Go Vols.

Pollack did report apparently that Cade has been cleared by the SEC this morning however that report has been challenged. I have no confidence that David is correct about anything so I’ll assume he’s still wrong.

The SEC already has a ruling that's pretty clear. No reason to respond to individuals without some serious extenuating circumstances involved. They should have known he would be sitting a year.
He should have used the tried and true "Racism" angle....works every time. Just ask Justin Fields.

It's very unfortunate. Cade finishing his college career wearing orange in real games would have been poetic. But more than likely he'll go straight to the draft and will never wear orange now in a season. Sad.

Shame on Greg Sankey and the SEC for not giving Cade a ruling (after already being approved by the NCAA) THE NIGHT BEFORE THE OPENING GAME.

Rest assured, if it was UGA, Alabama, LSU, or Florida that was in this situation, they would have had an answer and a likely eligible 5* OT starting for them tomorrow.

MF’ing Greg Sankey middle finger up you POS

He's a a fu**** idiot

Before we get too packed out on Sankey, he is the sole reason there is any CFB this season in any P5 conference.
