Vols en route to Columbia without Cade Mays

I think Cade will want to play for the Vols one year even if he has to sit this year. It would mean a lot to his dad and brother. Blood is thicker than money.

You cannot turn down the money if draft projections are good. It’s not like he is giving up his family if he goes pro.

I’d certainly like to see him play at least one season with the Vols but if he’s projected a first rounder I’d expect he would go. Hope I’m wrong.

If Franks dropped out of Florida in December, 2019, why didn't the SEC compel him to sit out a season after he transferred to Arkansas?

"On December 1, he announced that he would either transfer or enter his name into the NFL Draft, subsequently transferring to fellow SEC foe the Arkansas Razorbacks for the 2020 season."

Timing, premise, the fact that he's asking for $500,000 on behalf of his wife for 'loss of consortium'.
I’m going to hammer you since you don’t understand negligence law and injury statutes. The timing is it was filed before the state statute date to preserve the injury claim. The wife has a loss of consortium claim against the tortfeasor. Asking for 500,000 doesn’t mean you expect 500. It is standard to throw out an absurd number in a complaint and then come down during negotiations.

Don't argue with him, he's VolNation's version of Legalzooooom.....

I was watching tge Ky game, and the announcers were talking about Gatewood. I may be wrong, but isn't his transfer about the same as Mays? I ask because the announcers were saying in that game that he'd likely get to play some this year. How would he, but not Mays?

Shame on Greg Sankey and the SEC for not giving Cade a ruling (after already being approved by the NCAA) THE NIGHT BEFORE THE OPENING GAME.

Rest assured, if it was UGA, Alabama, LSU, or Florida that was in this situation, they would have had an answer and a likely eligible 5* OT starting for them tomorrow.
I agree. How hard can it be to make a freaking decision? 🖕🏼Sankey 🖕🏼
