I couldn’t disagree more, but you’re welcome to your opinion. And to be clear, I’m not suggesting that Springer is Kyrie Irving with regard to his ball-handling, either. You’re vastly overrating Springer’s dribbling abilities. His handle isn’t as tight as you think. Santi is extremely one hand dominant with his left, but he’s still a superior ball handler to Springer

I’d guess you’ve watched tons of Springer highlights, but I suggest watching the actual games and it gives a much better feel of his game. Here are several recent examples of his games from this season, many full games are on YouTube just take some searching.
His game against Montverde and another are on the espn app I believe. He didn’t play in the most recent montverde img game as he was nursing a knee/leg thing
Worth a watch
I've watched 3 full IMG games this season (Huntington Prep, Montverde, and one other...St. Frances, maybe) and 1 last season. I have also seen him play AAU. Believe me, my opinion isn't based solely on highlights.

Sorry to butt in, but I’ve been wanting to watch some of his games for a while and just found a few minutes. I’ve watched most of the first and third game you posted, the second was unavailable for some reason. I’m struggling to find the struggle you speak of. I see sloppy from time to time(high dribble, unforced walk, stepping on the sideline) which IMO is common with any player today, but did not see anything to suggest him struggling against particular defenders. What he doesn’t do which isn’t as much an indictment as it is a skill is he doesn’t overuse his dribble. When he sees an open man he hits them, and usually he’s hitting them in good spots. He also has GREAT vision for a “combo”. Jmo
If you’re seeing something different watching his games what is it you’re seeing him struggling with?
You're making it sound like I'm attempting to paint him as the perfect answer at PG. That isn't the case. He has warts. He isn't a pure PG. The point is, Tennessee doesn't have a pure PG absent of warts, either, so he will see minutes there. Then you would see he struggles some with ball pressure from good and quick perimeter defenders even at the high school level. Watch the games I posted and it’s pretty evident.
Which is understandable, he is a more of a combo guard after all. IMG doesn’t really have a true PG so he sometimes brings the ball up.
