Man.....you are on the wrong forum for the wrong sport. This is about American Football, a game you appear to have never seen nor comprehended. Freak, do you have a link for a nice lacrosse or gymnastics forum for this apparently lost individual?Fear is fear... CJP is either scared or incompetent...

We are here to help.
Pruitt might actually understand basic coaching strategy less than Butch, which I dodn’t Think was possible.
A few of you take issue with this, but:
1. It is one thing to go for 4th downs when it is close and deep in enemy territory. But, it is another thing to recklessly go for it when the situation doesn’t call for it. He has done both more than once this season.
2. He needs to understand two-point strategy. Many of you mock “ the chart,” but it is based on odds. You NEARLY always are better off with the percentage play. He failed both times today with the two-point tries.
Look, I’m not in the Fahr Pruitt camp by a long shot. But, he needs to learn how to manage games better.
And with a 30.5 point spread and a team that went 4-8 last year with virtually the same players...you were expecting what exactly? That the coach who was hired 5 months ago was going to magically make us an SEC contender day 1? No seriously...what were you expecting?
Not looking to be rude, honestly and truthfully, though in your honest opinion what would have been improvements to a point where you would have been satisfied? I'm genuinely curious knowing what you know about the teams past and current circumstances? Keep in mind this is #2 Ranked Georgia who couldn't cover the spread against us.Not a lot was expected but some improvements
I saw improvements on the defensive side of the ball. They never stopped fighting and I believe if they'd have gotten some help from the offense in the first half GA wouldn't have gotten the last two TDs.... they were out of gas at that point. Not looking to be rude, honestly and truthfully, though in your honest opinion what would have been improvements to a point where you would have been satisfied? 10 years of sucking hind teat equates to "a little water?" The program has not sniffed relevance in that long. If you're not edgy you're just complacent. That said, I fully expect 10 more years of the same.I dunno.. Under normal situations you are right. But when you are outmanned, and you can pull off one of these plays, it could be just what the doctor ordered in getting some momentum.
Nobody (especially on Vol Nation) expects you to win. Why not roll the dice?
We would have beaten Oklahoma if we had a coach that went for it on 4th and goal at the 1.
Been reading these threads tonight. Shaking my head at some of you. Me, I think back to last years GA game. These guys played a hell of a lot harder than last year, against the number 2 team in the nation and on their home field. Jury still out on Pruitt - Not claiming him the next Neyland. It was a better game than last week. I'd expect, with a bye week, we'd play better against Auburn than we did against Ga.
I don't think a meltdown is warranted, however some of you remind me of the witch of the west exposed to a little water..
