Last year we almost had a better season than people give us credit for. We were worn down by the time we played Arkansas, and Penn State was a throw away game. We lost to the eventual natl. champs by 1 point and lost to LSU with a freshman QB by one play on 4th down. I think 50/50 shot we get into a BCS game this year, if we can actually win those close games.
I don't see us making a BCS game..
Ainge is coming off knee surgery, our top 3 recievers are gone, we're installing a new offense, and we can't run the ball.
Not exactly the recipe for success..
But it's weird - Fellows has been a starter and he's back. Mapu has been a starter and he's back.
We're not installing a new offense - how hard is it to understand that saying "We're experimenting with some no huddle" does NOT mean "We're running a no huddle offense now."

Every depth chart I saw last year, Mapu wasn't the starter. Fellows before he got injured, was solidly playing behind Inky Johnson. I guess the fact they started as freshmen a couple of years ago, is more relevant then the fact they were back-ups last year?
I wasn't dissing what you were saying, so back the eff off.
The entire point of listing returning starters is to chart experience, yes?
JT Mapu was a starter before his mission, so he has experience. Roshaun Fellows started his freshman year and a couple games his sophomore year. Thus, they have starting experience.
