Ras and Pacer - looking at some of the MSM cabal websites today Nemtsov is not exactly a hot trend.

Foxnews - brief second tier story
MSNBC - no mention on main page
USAToday - your favorite has a brief mention further down the page
CNN - mention on the side but down the list of trending
ABCNews - scroll down to see brief mention
NBCNews - scroll far down for brief mention (Cat Island and penis size story get higher play)

Just not seeing some major "indoctrinating the masses" movement on this story. Bibi, Hillary, and Jihadi John seem to be the top stories right now. Nemtsov is off the radar here guys. Looks like our CIA plot was wasted.

Digging this gem up for another topic I thought Ras and Pacer would enjoy this section:

The firm headed by Hillary Clinton’s former chief strategist, Mark Penn, is helping run incumbent President Victor Yushchenko’s campaign. Meanwhile Paul Manafort, whose firm worked on Republican John McCain’s losing effort, and Tad Devine, a top strategist on the Democratic presidential campaigns of Al Gore in 2000 and John Kerry in 2004, are consulting for Victor Yanukovych, the pro-Russian frontrunner in the polls.

President Obama campaign consultants make mark overseas - Kenneth P. Vogel and Ben Smith - POLITICO.com

Odd if the US is conducting a coup and fixing elections that such high profile consultants, especially Devine, would be working with the other side. Devine is not someone who would just work with a side as a show. His ego is in it to win it. Looks as if our "meddling" is not exactly as you'd characterize it.

At first I didn't spot the date and wondered, "How in the world is he running again?"

Just goes to show that some politicos will go where ever there's money to be made. Like Tony Blair in Kazakhstan.

Why does he want to leave?

Grass is not as green as he thought. Those who go to Russia and then lose value tend to be made to feel very uncomfortable. Russia's had a history of welcoming people of worth with open arms, medals, ceremony, hype, parades, sprinkled in with a few prostitutki. Then when nothing is left, you get to see the real Russia and how they treat people deemed traitors, backstabbers, etc. He's lost that loving feeling.

If he's smart, he won't turn his back on them as he walks out of the room/across the bridge/border crossing.

He should also avoid walking near street sweepers.

Seems the Russians are actually trying to hack the investigators for MH17:

Vijf vragen over het MH17-onderzoek | NOS

What have the police and found so far?

The research findings point in one direction. The MH17 is brought down by a Buk missile, which is fired from a Russian installation by highly probable Russian military. The Buk-installation transported shortly before the disaster from Russia to Ukraine.

Russia is trying to influence the investigation?

There are certainly strong evidence that the Russian secret service is still trying to break into the computer systems of the police and. Smartphones and laptops that are used in Ukraine and, for example, have had contact with local telephone networks are destroyed. Because the devices can be easily infected with spyware. In some cases, as a precaution also home networks of police officers removed because they were potentially contaminated.

i think snowden could use a late night walk past the white house with a supermodel, if you know what i am saying.

Maybe she'll take the Russian govt.'s funding for RT and put it toward the cause as well.

Wow. Only RT would come up with a way to take a cause like fighting autism and making it a means to slam the US. I'd like to take Anissa around to some of the orphanages I've been to in Russia and start a cause to help the orphans in state institutions living in God awful conditions. I'll take her to one in St Petersburg in particular where special needs children are left in beds all day to mess themselves because one person cares for 100 kids and there is no budget for diapers, food, etc. Perhaps instead of warring with people and upping their nuke budget Putin can take care of his own. Or instead of fearing the gays so much allow American families the ability to resume adopting the kids Putin treats worse than a puppy mill.

That does seem like a lot spent, mostly on radio.

Is radio an effective tool in the "information wars?" It does seem like a yellowed page from the Cold War playbook.
