You're buying into the sensationalist media hype. Go to any other message board and it is no different than Volnation (except not as well organized). Every passionate fanbase in the country has many idiots, and, unfortunately in today's world, the idiots are generally the loudest. Also, what is so wrong with saying a coach didn't do a good job? What else are we supposed to talk about on a sports message board? Quit generalizing our entire fanbase because some hacks at ESPN and yahoo need clicks on their article. Oh, and the petition? Another media hype-job. It is incredibly easy to click a button on facebook that "signs" a petition. 36,000 out of how many UT basketball fans around the world? Please look a little deeper into issues before you start giving your "expert" opinions.

Actually I would love it...Then they would see the right way to do your job...Maybe a learning experience for them.

I do not care that CCM took a recruit with him. I do care that he committed this recruit knowing that he was likely headed for Cal. Presumably prepping the recruit to follow him there while he was on UT's payroll. Strikes me as dishonest.

Unless someone in the know can enlighten us as to what really happened between the Marquette meeting and the Cal hiring, I'll just make my own assumptions, but I'm definitely on Zo's side on this one. I think Zo's intentions were honorable, but there was a final straw, coup de grace at some point. Something happened between him and Hart...period.

Ironically, CDT praised himself in this regard saying his players can trust him simply because he looks them in the eye and tells them the truth.

Now, I don't think CDT is a liar, but the above saying is the mantra of every liar.

As many before me have said the buyout Tennessee wanted was 1 mil for Martin and he and his agent wanted a bigger buyout. In other words if he didn't win next season it would be easy for Tennessee to fire him and buy him out. So he oped to take the Cal job.

Listening to Tyndall on Sports Animal now. He said that Phil Cofer is the only new recruit he hasn't talked to. Larry Austin is still planning to be a Vol!!! Tyndall says he is going to call Cofer after his interview with Hymms is over. That easies my mind a lot!

Well, I was really just thinking Wes Washpun. Then guys like Yemi and Q, never really showed that they were worth a scholarship. There are others who I hope step up under CTD. And I couldn't care less that CCM took a recruit with him to Cal, for the most part players commit to coaches, not schools.

But hey don't get your panties in a wad, life is too short to get all upset at people on the internet.
